It is with great sadness we announce that Michael passed away suddenly on Monday 6th December 2021 at Hillingdon Hospital following a chronic illness. Michael was intelligent; educated; knowledgeable; articulate; observant; witty; polite; kind; thoughtful; generous; pragmatic; principled; and a gentleman. He will be dearly missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
